Meet Our Team
Williams Loving Care is a team of professionals with a diverse range of experience and a commitment to helping seniors live their best lives.
Nancy Williams
I am the founder and owner of Williams Loving Care, LLC., and have been in the healthcare field for 18 years. I have the great pleasure and calling to care for those who need help with activities of daily living, those with disabilities, and children. I was selected as one of Mississippi’s 50 Leading Businesswomen. I am a member and leader in Business Network International and the State Librarian for the Daughters of the American Revolution. Williams Loving Care currently serves Alabama and Mississippi. Our desire is to make a difference in our families and community and those in our sphere of influence.

Syrenthia Jordan
As CNA Supervisor and Trainer for Williams Loving Care, I am responsible for ensuring that the caregiver staff have received and maintain appropriate training and certifications. Additionally, I take great pride in matching caregivers to clients based on the individual and specific needs of each client. I received my CNA certification in 2002 and remain grateful for the cherished experiences I received as a caregiver in nursing homes, hospices, assisted living facilities, home health settings, and private duty assignments. Providing care for the Elderly and those in need is a calling from the Lord and a passion I bring to my duties with Williams Loving Care daily.

Marshall Horn
As Vice President of William’s Loving Care, LLC, and son of founder, Nancy Williams, I am committed to and cherish the opportunity to serve the communities of central Alabama and Mississippi. As a career firefighter and member of the public health workforce for 14 years, I have dedicated my life’s ambitions to the principles of servant leadership and accountability. Although Mississippi is home, many of summers were spent with my grandparents along the shores of Hatchet Creek in Coosa County and in Montgomery. It is my resolute mission to ensure that dignity, respect, honesty, and faith remain the cornerstones of Williams Loving Care and are evident by our interactions with our clients, caregivers, and within the communities we serve.

Kimberly Horn
As Human Resource and Client Outreach Director, I take great pride in increasing the opportunities for Williams Loving Care to change the lives of our clients and caregivers alike and wholeheartedly believe in our mission to serve others. After earning a degree in interdisciplinary studies with a concentration in special education, educational psychology, and sociology from Mississippi State University in 2012, I began my career in the public sector. It was during my time as a specialist with the Mississippi Division of Medicaid and 6th grade special education teacher that I gained a sincere empathy for and drive to help those in need. I am thankful for the ability to engage with our clients and caregivers and receive great satisfaction knowing that the work we do resonates throughout the communities we live in and serve.
